Retail Sales Associate
Location: Dubai
Salary with commission

Job Requirements:
-Must have an adapt understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
· Must have excellent communication in English.
· Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, POS system, encoding etc.)
· Experience with inventory and merchandising procedures.
-Knowledge of issuing changes due receipts or refunds to customers
· Friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus.
· Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
-Should be able to join immediately.

Job Responsibilities:
· Welcoming & assisting customers to the store and answering their queries.
-Maintaining the cleanliness & organization of the store.
· Organizing the display, checking the shelves stock & replenishing when necessary.
· Fast in the processing of the payment via card or cash
· Handling returns of merchandise.
· Checking all items before display.
· Making the inventory of the stocks and ordering & receiving orders when necessary.
· Preparing daily sales reports.
